Delivery and Shipping Policy

All orders & delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped and provide you with the Tracking ID so that you can track your order. We ship within 1-2 business days from the date of order and payment. Since we are located in India, and most items are delivered within 7-10 business days.

Do I need to pay customs duty or import taxes?

• All Shiroli Crafts products are shipped from India.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

• These charges are not included in our prices. 

• The buyer is responsible for paying any such fees directly to their local customs authority or courier before receiving the package.

• Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact cost, as it varies by country. Since customs policies vary from country to country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the international courier companies or International postal authorities within 1-2 business days from the date of order and payment.
